I chanced upon Blue Diamond in Blackpool after reading a recommendation by Jonathon Ross who visited with his family.
I was not disappointed. Stylish surroundings - wonderful food and great service has made this a restaurant I have now visited many times.
The bonus of being able to use my tastecard is just the icing on the cake.
Extensive Menu means I can try something new or enjoy again one of my favourite dishes.

Well I must say, was a little sceptical about going here as there were so many different reviews but I found the service was good, food lovely and really great value with the tastecard! Will be returning soon. Not very busy but think it is because of the position, not very easy to park locally as it can be expensive.
