Since their opening last July, this contemporary restaurant and gorgeous curries have built a great reputation with lovers of good Indian cuisine. We booked as new customers and was told 730pm was fine even if we were a little late. I then gave my name and told them i was a tastecard customer, after a short pause, the man on the other end of the phone, said no problem. He took my number and we parted politely. On taking my family there i was expecting to be about 15 to 20 minutes late, so i thought it polite to call as a courtesy.
The exact same voice, denied any booking and any conversation with me....the restaurant sounded very busy...i leave you to draw your own conclusions...this is the second time of using tastecard. The first i was so embarrassed as the restaurant gave us such tiny portions, i felt terrible in front of my family and friends, especially when my 12 year old complained that he was still hungry after finishing the meal. "
