The Blue Nile Restaurant is a fantastic eatery that serves high quality Ethiopian food. For those who have yet to try this great cuisine, do not miss out.

Ethiopian food is an exotically spicy mix of vegetables, slow-simmered meat or grain stews, and fresh meat sautés. The cuisine holds a wide variety of meat and vegetarian dishes, meaning that there is surely a dish for everyone who visits.

The members of staff are well trained and able to help you throughout your dining experience at The Blue Nile. They are extremely attentive, without being over bearing.

Ruth said "Fantastic
Just enjoyed a thoroughly great evening in a great place, the restaurant is African themed in a subtle way, where they let the cuisine do the talking.

The atmosphere is extremely relaxed and calm, no rush, staff only too ready to help with both advice on the food and samples of Ethiopian beverages. We tried the Blue Nile Combination dish that comprised of eight dishes for two people to share, this combined with the Ethiopian Sweet Red Wine made a wonderfully delicious meal. If you try Ethiopian cuisine once this would be the place to try it and no doubt you would re-visit, as we intend to do so next week with our children. The Blue Nile is a clean, caring and extremely comfortable place to eat simple African cuisine prepared with a passion, not all dishes appeal to all people, given some aren't for the faint hearted, yet we enjoyed these the most because we love spicy food - a thoroughly wonderful experience as we disappeared in this African gem - time just drifted away.
