This is the oldest Inn in Meriden and has been licensed for over 300 years.
Initially used by coach and horses in later years charabancs would take village folk on a day’s outing from here.
In earlier days the Queens Head catered for funerals, overnight accommodation and the yard at the rear was used as a market place selling cattle, vegetables, wood and hiring out horse and carriages.
It is now established as a friendly public house offering meals at lunchtimes with a wide range of drinks to perfectly complement your meal.
Please Note: The tastecard discount is not available on Celebration Days. The Queens Head only serve food lunchtimes Monday to Saturday.
