Kailash, the head Chef brings a wealth of experience from 5 star hotels including Hilton and Sheraton in Dubai, England and Scotland. Kailash is passionate about food and produces fresh and delicious seasonal dishes at Saison. Kailash now grows his own vegetables and herbs in the kitchen garden which compliment his delightful dishes.
The a la carte menu, features starters of fresh mussels cooked with garlic, tomatoes, white wine and tomato sauce served with garlic croutons, or aubergine roll, Chargrilled aubergine stuffed with mozzarella served with cherry tomato chutney. The mains on offer include Saffron flavoured grilled monk fish served with rosti of risotto, asparagus tips and saffron sauce or pan fried duck breast Served with braised red cabbage, creamy mash and port wine jus all of which are accompanied by a well-priced & interesting wine list.
