    " i would just like to say that a one star rating for this restaurant is very disappointing because every time time i have eaten there i have enjoyed it, what i will say is that i am a vegetarian and on a number of occasions i have asked if they could cook me a mushroom madras as i did not want the vegetable curry that was available at the time, it was no problem for them, so now when i go in i ask straight away as not to be waiting as the rest of the family help themselves to the lovely food "

No greeting was offered, and when I said I had a table booked no question was asked like name or time but the waiter just walked off and we presumed we followed. He then walked away leaving us confused what was happening. We noticed the restaurant offered a buffet but had noticed we couldn't use it on that. My partner went to find somebody after nobody returning to the table.

    Whilst my partner was gone another waiter appeared with a plate of food. I told him we hadn't ordered anything and he said it was complimentary. He then asked if I had been before and when I said I hadn't he said the food was compliments of the chef as a starter and to help myself to the Buffett.

    Another customer could see I was confused who was at the next table and explained how the buffet worked and the price.

    My partner returned and was told nothing that helped us about what we could use the card on. We were just told the price of the buffet again...

    In the end we ate the buffet which I didn't want but I needed to eat as I'm a diabetic. There wasn't much variety in dishes and none that I particularly liked.

    We ended up paying for two buffets we didn't want... Really frustrating when you call before going asking about using the tastecard and then not getting 50% off or even told what you could use it on.

    Didn't help the staff spoke very little English. Wouldn't go again... "
