The owners at The Boot Inn, Cathy and Giles, are using their years of experience in the restaurant trade to ensure that your visit to the Boot Inn will be as memorable as possible. This eatery is near to the A303, meaning that this is a great spot to stop off at, if you are going to London or the West Country.
Both Cathy and Giles are formally trained chefs, and have a true passion for cooking. You won't find curry, chilli and lasagne or expensive gastro pub concoctions here but you will find traditional British dishes like potted shrimps, devilled kidneys on toast, smoked eel and soused herrings.
Dine in all seasons, in winter there are cosy fireside tables and in the summer there is a large beer garden for you to enjoy your meal and drink in the warm sun.
The Boot Inn is featured in many of the top rated guide books including The Good Pub Guide, The Good Food Guide and the AA Pub Guide.
