" We went prior to seeing a show at Hammersmith Apollo, it is a 5-10 minute walk away. No frills inside the restaurant itself but quite authentic and the food was genuinely excellent. The Italian owners are very nice indeed and the only reason I didn't give 5 stars for atmosphere is because at the time we went it was very quiet.

6 of us visited La Piccola towards the end of service on a Sunday evening. We had such an enjoyable and tasty meal and were overwhelmed by the gorgeous food and the friendliness of the welcome that we received.
The food was so tasty, the house wine flowed, as did the laughter and the impromptu Italian lesson with our delightful host! "

Visited La Piccola 17/12/12. Hubs and I did visit early as we were going to the Hammersmith Apollo and wanted a quick bite to eat beforehand. Therefore it was quiet. But it's a lovely little restaurant. Delicious pizza would definitely go back if I was in that part of town again. It was great for a meal for two but it would be lovely to go there as a small group too.

"We went to La Piccola before going to a gig at Hammersmith Apollo & I have to say it was first class! Lovely food, great service and good value for money. And it was only a 10 - 15 minute walk to the Apollo (gave us time to walk off some of that wonderful pasta!). We will definitely be going back when we next go the Apollo!
