Bugis Street, named after the legendary seafaring merchants from the Island of Sulawesi, was once one of the more notorious areas of Singapore. Recently, it has been transformed and now boasts a bustling street life with boutiques, market stalls and bars and restaurants.

Bugis Street offers an extensive à la carte menu, including house speciality dishes such as Mee Goreng, Nasi Goreng and Singapore Laksa. The wine list and dessert menus offer something for everyone and will satisfy all budgets. The knowledgeable staff will gladly make recommendations.

Important Information

Please Note: Members must book in advance and produce their tastecard upon arrival to the restaurant. The tastecard discount is available during the hours of 7pm-9pm due to the hotel running conferences throughout the day.

My party arrived at the time booked, ordered and then waited over an hour for the food to arrive. Most of it was only lukewarm too, but by this point we were too hungry to send it back and risk another lengthy wait. Despite that, the food was very good, and with the offer excellent value, but if we had been in a hurry we would have left and gone elsewhere. I would hesitate to go back. "

Nasi goreng was bland egg fried rice with a bit of prawn and a few chicken pieces thrown in. Roast duck was served barely hot, for desert I tried the glutinous rice with coconut cream which was vile , tasted like sweet rice soup. I do not believe in writing bad reviews but I am just shocked how bad the food was - a complete joke. Service was fine. "
