2 for 1 at The New Inns, Brewood

The New Inns is a lovely pub in Staffordshire, with a strong following of locals and frequent visitors.

This pub is perhaps best known for its fine home-cooked food, but is also popular for its warm and friendly atmosphere, made all the more inviting by its traditional surroundings.

As well as the warm welcome, visitors will find an excellent selection of real ales and guest ales. The Red Lion offers a fully stocked bar with all your favourite Beers, Wines & spirits and let’s not forget our selection of fine cask ales from around the country from breweries such as Marstons, Banks's, Ringwood, Brakspear & Jennings.

The Owners and staff at The New Inns strongly believe in providing a quality service with the emphasis on making everyone feel welcome.

This is strongly reflected as everyone who steps through the door of the venue enjoys their visit; whether it is for the excellent food and the fine real ales.

We were the only people in there on a Saturday lunchtime during the bank holiday. The landlord and landlady (who was also the chef) were very kind and friendly, as was the young lad behind the bar. You could smell the wood burning fire throughout the pub which was a really nice feature. The food was great. Great quality, tasty, home-style cooking with good size portions. We had the lasagne and the hunters chicken which we'd recommend, followed by chocolate fudge cake and my personal favourite the homemade rice pudding which is the Landlady's Grandmother's recipe. They serve real ale to wash everything down too, which is always a plus for me. "

A very friendly and relaxing country pub. The food and service was excellent, with a very relaxing atmosphere. Staff made you feel very welcome with no rush to order, and meal was at your pace, which made a very nice change from other pubs. Would highly recommend. "
