Over the years, between them, the co-owners have travelled over most of South America and have drawn on their experiences of Central & South America to bring a bit of Latin air to Chorlton.
At De Nada, they provide guests with one of South America’s favourite styles of serving food and that’s sharing. This way of dining, ensures that everybody can experience different dishes from the menu with friends and family without having to commit to a three course meal. A small selection of the dishes diners can choose from include Empanadas; stuffed pastries from Latin America with a large variety of fillings such as chorizo and refried beans or kale & lentil. Other dishes can include Feijoada (Brazil’s national dish; Introduced by the Portuguese, black beans, pork & chorizo are slowly stewed together to produce a mouth-watering dish) and Cazuela (a Chilean dish, a flavourful broth of chicken, squash, potatoes, carrots and juicy corn on the cob).
At De Nada they want everyone to enjoy their food whilst maintaining a relaxed setting and friendly atmosphere. With a passion for food and drink, developed over 20 years in the catering industry, the owners have created a neighbourhood, café-bar De Nada with the aim of serving nice things to nice people in nice surroundings. Buen provecho!
