Delicious and authentic Italian pizzas and first class cocktails are the order of the day at the Martini Room in Brighton. Found along West Street, the main strip for Brighton’s buzzing nightlife scene, Martini Room is a popular choice for a night out in the seaside town, offering great food and drinks. Brighton train station is just a couple of minutes’ away from the bar whilst the vibrant seafront is at the end of the road in the opposite direction.
Pizza is the star of the menu at Martini Room, all prepared fresh to order and cooked in the wood fired oven of the Martini Room. Wonderfully authentic, there are plenty of pizza choices on offer from the vegetarian favourite Firenze pizza with tomato, mozzarella, egg, spinach, black olives and garlic to the Sardegna pizza featuring goat’s cheese, Italian salami, rocket, tomato and mozzarella. The calzones are pretty fabulous too and side dishes include a great garlic bread and French fries. The kitchen has recently introduced their delicious Italian tapas dishes too which are perfect accompanied by drink or two. Tapas include mussels cooked in white wine, Italian cheeses and charcuterie, meatballs in tomato sauce and fresh calamari.
Just a stone’s throw from Brighton’s Theatre Royal and the large shopping centre that is Churchill’s, the Martini Room is a great choice for a drink and bite to eat in the evening. Exposed brick walls and stylish furnishings provide the backdrop for a wide choice of classic and creative cocktails and some pretty mouth-watering pizzas.
