2 for 1 at Regales

Boasting a very accessible location along the main A38 road in Barton under Needwood in the Burton on Trent area of Derbyshire, Regales is a fantastic Indian restaurant. A large and spacious dining room, Regales is a popular place for Indian dining thanks to its excellent location and of course the wonderful quality of the food served there. The team take great pride in their restaurant, welcoming each and every diner like an old friend and serving them to their very best ability.

At the head of the kitchen is Head Chef Juwel, an experienced professional with a strong knowledge of Indian cuisine. His well thought out menu dishes up all of the old classics everyone would want to find in an Indian restaurant menu along with some rather special treats too.

The Clay Pot chicken is a standout dish of boneless tandoori chicken cooked in a special clay pot with a masala sauce and the chef’s delicately prepared relish. Another excellent dish has to be the Regales Special Masala, made with chicken, ground almonds and mint and served with raisin pilau rice while the tender lamb Adhraki chops with lemon scented lentil curry and rice is definitely one to look out for.

Regales is a huge Indian restaurant with a modern interior design. Chic beige leather seats, banquettes and booths offer plenty of choice for diners while tables are topped with fresh white linens and gleaming glassware. A huge image of a canal barge features on one wall, a nod to the many waterways found close by.
