Tucked away on Coldharbour Farm at the heart of the picturesque Kent countryside, Frasers is in the ideal setting to sit back, relax and enjoy a wonderful home-cooked meal. The venue offers beautiful views across the unspoilt scenery of an area where patrons are invited to bear witness to nature in full swing, from geese grazing on the pond to owls calling from the surrounding oak trees. This is combined with a custom-made dining room – that has been constructed from a charming oak-framed barn, exposed beams and all – in the creation of a venue that really does provide a feast for the eyes.
Having access to a wide range of high quality ingredients has allowed the chef at Frasers to develop a seasonal menu that has been fit enough to win two AA Rosettes. A set of regular starters includes a spiced parsnip soup and their glorious signature trio of prawn dish are to be followed by one of many main course options, such as the Biddenden cider infused braised belly pork and a pan-fried fillet of sea bass that falls apart on the tongue – not forgetting the good old Aberdeen Angus steak! As for dessert, the sweet and scrumptious triple chocolate tart is perfectly contrasted by a sharp and hearty rhubarb crumble in a selection that will serve to delight any sweet tooth.
The business is becoming increasingly aware of the environment impact that comes with their business activities, so patrons are able enjoy a guilt-free free dining experience as they indulge in one of the many exquisite food offerings. In the summer, why not unwind on the sun-drenched terrace as the world passes by?
