At only 22 years old, Luke Thomas has proven himself to be a culinary expert and this is no more evident than within his seasonal menu, which takes Luke’s own spin on classical British cooking. Each dish is made with ingredients from British suppliers, sourced as locally possible as well as from the Sanctum on Green’s own herb garden.
The menu changes with the season yet diners will find a superb selection of gourmet dishes at Luke’s Dining Room whenever they visit.
