The meat used has received the official seal of approval in the form of a ‘Quality Standard English Beef Accreditation’ from EBLEX. Reinforcing the idea of supporting local small businesses; all vegetable are bought from Covent Garden market, the sauces crafted by ‘Ramona’ from Camden and the bread sourced from Maison Du Pain, a London based artisan bakers.

Travelling the world with his team, Tame developed the ‘Christmas Burger’ with camembert and cranberry and also the decadent ‘Truffle Cheese Burger’ from excursions to burger hotspots like Los Angeles.
Over the past ten years, Prime Burger (formally The Burger Co.) went from strength to strength.
