The restaurant is named after Jack Frogart, the first employer of hotel owner Mr Sampathkumar, Jack’s Kitchen is a cool and contemporary eatery that is not only popular amongst hotel guests but attracts a good mix of locals too.

Bourbon smoked scallops with crushed peas and shard of crispy Parma ham start things off well, whilst mains to follow include an amazing pan fried venison with baby turnips, figs and chocolate sauce and the juiciest tandoori Guinea fowl with celeriac, baby spinach croquette and biryani rice. This is without forgetting the succulent aged Porterhouse Steak and their glorious Nova Scotia grilled lobster. These are to be rounded off by a sublime sweet from a list that includes their own Creative Jack's Mess, where £1.00 of every item is given to the Creative Youth Charity.
