Sample starters include crab and asparagus tart with avocado sorbet and basil oil or chicken live and chorizo pate with sundried tomato chutney and toasted brioche whilst possible mains feature braised ox cheek with truffle mash, chilli and rosemary jus and English scallops and mussel chowder, chilli and coconut milk broth and soda bread. A very fine wine list accompanies the menu and offers some brilliant choices from both the Old and New Worlds.
Fresh white walls and huge bay windows offer plenty of light whilst dark red seating and carpets provide the perfect contrast in Heathcliff’s Restaurant.
