Desserts such as the raspberry tower with shortbread biscuits, Chantilly cream, fresh raspberries and raspberry coulis are the perfect ending.
In keeping with the magnificent period beauty of the mansion house, the restaurant at the Hallmark Hotel Flitwick Manor is an atmospheric space, with lots of wood panelling and the most glorious views over the gardens.
