The whole team at the restaurant are well versed in what’s on offer and where it comes from; making ordering a particular cut of meat a much easier task. All of the meat and fish is sourced from individual local suppliers with Hannan meats in Moira, a particular favourite of the kitchen, and all are dry aged for at least 23 days. Aside from the steaks, there are some superb mains to choose from including Co. Armagh pan fried chicken with bacon and sage gnocchi, mushrooms and a red wine jus, or Ewings sea bass, with Asian noodles and pak choi.
