50% off at The Restaurant at Jury's Inn Sheffield

Sat on Eyre Street in the Sheffield city centre, Jury’s Inn is a fabulous contemporary hotel that is in walking distance of many of the city’s attractions.

The likes of Granelli’s Sweet Shop, a real hidden gem, the Millennium Gallery, and the Sheffield Town Hall, complete with the magnificent architecture of the idyllic Peace Gardens, sit just a hop, skip and a jump away from the eye-catching establishment. As for accessibility, Sheffield Train Station is also just a 10 minute walk away.

Housed within this modern and vibrant venue is a bar and restaurant area that’s serves a fantastic selection of Great British fare alongside a dish or two from across the pond. The more formal of which being the restaurant, where the passionate chefs, headed by the award-winning Gareth Nightingale, have created a menu of seasonal dishes that cater for all tastes and appetites.

Begin with one of the exquisite appetisers, where a charcuterie board that contains a range of cured meats as well as a coarse pate and sun-blushed tomatoes makes for a delicious platter for the more sociable eating parties, and where the hoisin drizzled Asian crispy duck salad is just one of the many scrumptious alternatives.

Following on from the superb starters, the main courses promise to delight. Particularly carnivorous diners will find their heavenly steak and burger options to be right up their street – not to mention the sumptuous pork belly number, whereas in the Scottish Salmon fillet and the pan-fried sea bream fillets, sea food lovers are sure to be sated. As for the meat averse, the super green salad, which is packed with a host of mouth-watering vegetables, and the golden gnocchi, filled with sun blush tomatoes, mozzarella, and covered with a tomato butter sauce, make for two delectable vegetarian choices. Conclude such with one or the sweet tooth enticing desserts that include a wonderfully sharp lemon posset, poached rhubarb and shortbread combo, and a heart-warming, sweet sticky toffee pudding.

For those looking to make a day of it, the Peak District, with its stunning scenery and iconic architecture, such as Eyam Hall and Peveril Castle, is just a short drive away, which makes the Restaurant at Jury’s Inn Sheffield the perfect place to wind down with a sublime meal after a day of exploration.
