Found in the heart of the stunning New Forest in Brockenhurst is the family run Forest Park Hotel.

Continue to the main course, which includes delights like the tender slow cooked pork belly, accompanied with coriander crackling, potato fondant and a thyme jus, the sumptuous mille feuille of homemade pasta, adorned with roasted vegetables, Mozzarella and a tomato and basil sauce, and the succulent chargrilled ribeye steak, partnered with hand cut chips, a flat mushroom and a creamy peppercorn sauce.
Also featuring some heavenly desserts, including the decadent chocolate and coffee mousse as well as the zesty chilled lemon soufflé, diners can experience British cuisine at its best at the Restaurant at the Forest Park Hotel.
