Particularly merit-worthy meals include the succulent strips of fillet steak, served with Stilton, dauphinoise potatoes and a whiskey sauce, the refreshing broad bean, asparagus and pea risotto, drizzled with a truffle oil, and the irresistible pan fried supreme salmon, paired with wilted spinach, potato puree and turned carrots.
Equally as divine are the desserts, which feature the likes of the zesty lemon meringue delice, with chocolate macarons and a crème brulee sauce, and the decadent Trio of Chocolate, matched with mixed berries and a mini pannacotta.
