50% off at The Buck Inn

Located in scenic Gridleton, found on the edge of Easington Fell, is the charming Buck Inn.

Serving a wealth of wondrous British classics, diners looking for somewhere tranquil in which to enjoy some scrumptious fare will find nowhere better in the area than The Buck Inn.

Now accepting tastecard members, those calling in advance with their card can savour every item on the menu at an excellent price.

The menu often changes to offer guests a fresh taste with each visit, yet some classic staples remain. Begin with one of the superb starters, such as the tantalising homemade garlic mushrooms, adorned with a creamy brandy sauce, the rich homemade chicken liver pate, partnered with a caramelised red onion chutney, and the traditional prawn cocktail, and consider the appetite sufficiently whetted for the fabulous main course to come.

Examples of some of the enticing entrees that have graced the menu vary from home-style delights to wondrously inventive specialities. Particularly merit worthy meals include the hearty Hawaiian Burger, stacked with bacon, cheese and pineapple, the locally sourced Cumberland sausages, served with mashed potatoes and an onion gravy, and the delectable Chef’s Homemade Seafood Crumble, made with prawns, smoked haddock, salmon and sole with a creamy white wine sauce.

An array of heavenly desserts are also available, should any diner find themselves with a sweet tooth, offering all walks of life the opportunity for a satisfying three course meal at The Buck Inn.
