Examples of some of the sublime starters include the irresistible roast scallops, adorned with cauliflower cheese and Stornoway black pudding, the invigorating smoked Barbary duck breast salad, tossed with sautéed livers and a peppered pineapple chutney, and the rich goat’s cheese soufflé, complete with golden beetroot, roast figs and chilli walnuts.
Similarly superior dishes appear in the main course selection, with exemplary entrees like the delectable pan fried seabass fillet, partnered with a coriander and Mascarpone risotto drizzled with lime oil and chilli caramel, the refreshing Jerusalem artichokes, accompanied with roast sweet heart cabbage and a truffle dressing, and the succulent 30 day aged Scotch fillet steak, served with triple cooked chips.
Some utterly divine desserts are also available as a sweet conclusion, as well as a special menu specifically made for the younger members of the party. All this, combined with a wondrously relaxed ambience and soothing interior, makes The Stack ideal for any occasion.
