Begin the experience with one of the sublime starters, such as the delectable Buffalo Mozzarella, complete with rocket leaves and a pesto dressing, the rich chicken liver pate, partnered with a plum and apple chutney, and the indulgent baked Camembert, served with plenty of crusty bread.
The main courses offer just as diverse a collection, including the likes of the tantalising herb crusted darne of salmon, paired with confit tomatoes and dressed pappardelle pasta, the refreshing Buffalo Mozzarella salad, tossed with blushed tomatoes, roasted peppers and pesto, and the irresistible confit duck leg, accompanied by a puy lentil cassoulet.
