Fantastic on their own as a tapas style feast, a mere handful of the exemplary appetisers include the tantalising crispy seaweed, the delectable salt and pepper chicken, the garlic adorned steam scallops and of course, the aromatic crispy Peking duck, best enjoyed in a group as a whole duck with pancakes and hoi sin sauce.
Continue onto the main course, where a wealth of wondrous dishes await. Particularly noteworthy choices include the sumptuous crispy shredded beef, complete with a chilli enriched OK sauce, and the eclectic Seafood Rainbow, a mouth-watering medley of scallops, squid and king prawns with a mixture of vegetables.
Special sections of the menu feature an array of classics, such as chow meins and curries, as well as some sensational sizzling platters and slightly more British catering fillet steak options. There are also carefully crafted menus for both vegetarians and children, offering every member of the party something utterly delicious at Canton Chef.
