Spearheaded by both General Manager Nelson, who brings over a decade of hospitality experience, and Chef Patron Robin, who has worked as Head Chef in a number of five star hotels and restaurants, Market Street Brasserie is a spot for guests to enjoy some high quality dishes with impeccable service.

Begin the experience with one of the exemplary appetisers, such as the tantalising Grimsby fish platter, adorned with prawns, seaweed, crispy squid and sole with a mango tartare, the scrumptious Norfolk chicken brochette, marinated with chilli, ginger and coriander, and the refreshing Market Seasonal Salad, tossed with winter vegetables, Blue cheese, poached pears and caramelised walnuts.

Continue onto the main course, where a diverse list of choices offer a deliciously satisfying entrée. Particularly merit worthy meals include the sumptuous roasted aubergine parcel, complete with mixed leaves, ratatouille vegetables and a pepper coulis, the juicy honey and thyme pork belly, partnered with bacon lardons, sautéed spinach and a cider and tarragon sauce, and the irresistible mixed fish casserole, made with mussels, prawns, sea bass and lemon sole in a julienne vegetable enriched curried coconut broth.

If guests have room for more there are is a host of heavenly desserts, featuring the likes of the divine salted caramel cheesecake and the rich handmade burnt Cambridge cream, allowing the opportunity for diners to indulge on an incredible three course meal at Market Street Brasserie.
