2 for 1 at Bombay Brasserie

Enjoy traditional Indian food in comfortable surroundings at the Bombay Brasserie restaurant. Situated in the centre of Belfast, this popular Indian eatery finds itself conveniently close to the Belfast Botanical Gardens and the Ulster Museum, making it a prime spot for dining amongst visitors to the city as well as hungry local Indian food patrons.

Diners can expect a menu filled with traditional Indian dishes from the various culinary regions of India as well as those that are more contemporary.

The kitchen is obviously passionate about the food they prepare and Bombay Brasserie is renowned for the excellent quality of the dishes. The list of curry sauces is endless, all served with a choice of lamb, prawns, chicken or vegetables, and guests can select from the milder flavours to the very hot and spicy depending upon preference. Specialities of the house include a delicious Rezela, made with charcoal cooked lamb or chicken and a special yoghurt, herb and spice sauce. The garlic Johl is a winner for fans of the white bulb, with spicy chicken or lamb cooked in a thick garlic and green chilli sauce. As for seafood, tuck into the wonderful Chingri Johl with king prawns cooked in butter ghee served with a hot Johl sauce.

Traditional red tones feature in a cosy dining room at Bombay Brasserie with red carpeting and tall, stylish seating. Light wood furnishings sit in perfect contrast and although small in space, the restaurant has ample seating. Service is superb, as it always seems to be in good Indian restaurants.
