The former can be seen in the starters selection, which includes the likes of the irresistible pan fried Scottish king scallops, adorned with crispy pancetta, haggis and a tomato fondue, the rich smoked pork fillet and prune terrine, paired with an apricot chutney, and the hearty deep fried potato skins, served with a garlic mayonnaise and chilli dip.
Continue onto the main course, which overflows with palate pleasing choices for all walks of life, such as the scrumptious vegetable wellington, complete with new potatoes, salad and a fresh tomato sauce, the delectable pan seared monkfish, partnered with a smoked bacon and chickpea ragout, and the exquisite chicken supreme, pan seared and accompanied by a medley of vegetables and a wild mushroom cream sauce.
