50% off at The Granary

Located besides the Leith shorefront is the enchanting Granary, a stylishly decorated public house that serves some contemporary style delights.

Now accepting the tastecard, diners can enjoy everything from the eclectic menu at an incredible price when they call in advance with their card.

Utilising locally sourced produce in every dish, guests can rest assured that every bite will be as fresh as it can be. This is evident straight away from the superb starters, which features the likes of the rich wilted spinach and Ricotta tortellini, enriched with cherry tomatoes and olive oil, and the scrumptious Scottish mussels, available in either a red Thai curry, white wine and cream sauce or lemongrass broth.

As well as serving some tantalising sandwich and grilled options, The Granary’s main menu offers a concise list of delectable dishes to choose from. Particularly merit worthy meals include the irresistible Granary Venison Pie, slow cooked with a red wine sauce and partnered with a swede and potato mash, the classic fish and chips, enhanced with Innis & Gunn beer batter and fresh minted peas, and the hearty roast squash and goat’s cheese risotto.

A warm and friendly welcome awaits all who enter The Granary, providing Leith with the ideal social hub for both locals and travellers alike.

    Booked table for Sunday lunch.

    Atmosphere looked inviting.

Front line staff friendly, kitchen performance disappointing. Ordered two mains and drinks. Food took 45mins to arrive and the Scottish Breakfast was half cooked, cold and the sausage burn't.

Lucky this was on the Tastecard,as it was still overpriced at 50%. We live locally, but wouldn't go back again,

We had an excellent experience at The Granary. Called last minute to book on Friday evening & got a table. I highlighted that my wife had coeliac disease & was informed that they catered for this. Jess showed us to our table and consulted with the chef highlighting what gluten free items were on the menu & also informed us that the chef would prepare something specially to suit. Gluten free bread was also provided. Jess really looked after us & I couldn't fault anything. Excellent all round friendly service & great value for money using the taste card 50% off the food bill!! Highly recommended! "
