Begin with one of the superb starters, such as the irresistible Rajashthani Jinga, king prawns coated in a spicy batter and fried until golden, the tender Gillafi Ribs, pork ribs enriched with a tomato and jiggery chutney, and the delectable Poori, a deep fried chapatti filled with a spicy sweet and sour sauce and a choice of vegetables, chicken or king prawns.
Equally as diverse are the main courses, which cover beloved favourites like spicy Balti and the smooth paneer based dishes, as well as some more unusual entrees. Particularly noteworthy choices include the scrumptious Pork Tikka, tandoori cooked pork with an apple flavoured curry sauce, the exquisite Achari Machli, a medley of swordfish, green chillies and coriander, and the wondrous Red Goan Chicken, based in a creamy sauce with a hint of sweet and sour flavours.
