Begin the experience with one of the sumptuous starters, such as the rich Trio of Scottish Salmon, a medley of gravadlax, cold smoked and Bradan rost salmon, and the classic haggis, neeps and tatties, complete with whiskey sabayon. Continue onto the main course, where delights like the succulent pan fried Highland beef fillet, paired with sautéed mushrooms and dauphinoise potatoes, and the hearty winter vegetable risotto, adorned with a Parmesan crisp, await amongst other marvels.
Also offering some heavenly desserts, the food served at The Atholl is well worth the visit, as is the serene ambience guests are sure to savour when visiting.
