A contemporary haven overflowing with Pan-Asian themed delights, Ember is an exemplary spot to celebrate occasions, big and small, in style.

Adhering to the memory of the Great Fire of London, Ember has been designed by Ross McNally, the founder of Scarinish Studio, who has envisioned the restaurant with rich coppers, warm woods and splashes of vibrant orange throughout, as an interpretation of a raging fire.

Now accepting the tastecard, members who call in advance with their card can enjoy a wealth of wondrous dishes at excellent prices, providing the perfect excuse to indulge in something potent from the pleasantly extensive drinks list.

Spearheaded by the creative Head Chef Jonathan Villar, the menu at Ember offers diners a sensational ensemble of East Asian dishes, albeit in bite sized forms to emulate the sharing experience of tapas style dining.

Distinctly separated into several sections diners have plenty to choose from. Outstanding selections from each section include the exquisite Scottish lobster and crabmeat martini, complete with avocado cream and a wasabi & gin sorbet, the sumptuous smoked kangaroo fillet Wellington, enriched with bok choy, haggis and a Shao Hsing wine jus, and the rich shiitake mushroom, spinach & tempeh dim sum, partnered with a smoked chilli miso relish.

Also presenting some exotic and enticing desserts, both sweet and savoury, Ember acts as an ideal spot for modern tastes, whether they’re seeking somewhere special to enjoy a few drinks or are hunting for a dining venue with distinction.

Please Note: The tastecard discount only applies to food and is not available on Sundays as the venue is closed. The tastecard discount is not available throughout December or on Celebration Days including, but not limited to, Valentine's Day, Mothering Sunday, Father's Day, etc. Members MUST telephone and book (mentioning tastecard) before attending for the discount to be valid.
