Inspired by their ancestor’s endeavours back in Lebanon and the success of their café from several generations back, the owners of Bosa aims to bring the sumptuous flavours of Lebanon to London.
With a menu awash with mezze and grilled style dishes all manners of tastes are sure to find something tantalising at Bosa, and at a great price as well when they call in advance with a tastecard.
When tastecard members can enjoy great savings from anything on the a la carte menu, there seems little reason to hold back, justifying a little indulge with one of the marvellous mezze dishes. Outstanding examples of these include the irresistible Bosa Prawns, tiger prawn pan fried with garlic and spices, the scrumptious Warak Inab B’Zeit, tomato, rice and mint stuffed vine leaves cooked with lemon juice and olive oil, and the refreshing Halloumi Salad, tossed with radish, sumac, avocado and a lemon and virgin olive oil dressing.
Equally as eclectic are the main courses, which features the likes of the sumptuous sea bass, chargrilled with a tahini sauce and a choice of rice, chips or mixed salad, the rich spinach stew, available with lamb meat, and the hearty Spatchcock Chicken, a small chicken marinated in lemon juice and spices.
Also serving a wealth of wondrous wraps, soups and salads, even light lunchers can find an excuse to visit Bosa for a fantastic meal.
