Sat on The Triangle in the Norbiton area of Kingston upon Thames, just a stone’s throw away from the idyllic Richmond Park and the iconic Hampton Court Palace, The Willow is a fabulous restaurant that offers all manner of sumptuous dishes.
With a huge focus on healthy eating, all of the food is made ethically with an ethos dedicated to a 'food as medicine' philosophy, and is available to tastecard members at a fantastic price, providing they call in advance and produce their card upon arrival.
From the exquisite starters, such as the glorious smoked mackerel pate and the delectable pear chutney accompanied rabbit and date pate, to the divine desserts, which include a rich flourless dark chocolate cake that is wonderfully contrasted by the flavoursome blood orange and coconut tart, guests are sure to have their taste buds tantalised from the first bite until the last.
Sandwiched in between, the main course options at The Willow are just as enchanting, with a mouth-watering ensemble of plates that are just waiting to be indulged. Particularly enticing examples of such can be seen in the heavenly Buckinghamshire lamb shank, an organic number that is braised in red wine and celeriac, the heavenly Macadamia-encrusted halibut, served on a bed of seasoned crumbed cauliflower and sautéed British samphire, and the scrumptious homemade sweet potato gnocchi, which is pan-seared in coconut oil and comes complete with a sage & hazelnut pesto.
Be it for a fabulous evening out with that special someone, a catch up with a close friend, a treat for a loved one, or a stylish conclusion to a day of exploration, all are welcome at The Willow.
