Every delicious dish is made using only the freshest, seasonal produce, ensuring that each selection will be a sublime indulgence. For those not so familiar with French cuisine the friendly service staff will be more than happy to explain what each dish is and which dish is recommended upon visiting.
Tantalise the taste buds with one of the exemplary appetisers, such as the rich limousin beef carpaccio, finished with roasted smoked garlic and a Boudin blanc Scotch egg, the delectable tomato consommé, a roasted heritage tomato complete with basil tapioca, and the heavenly scallops ceviche, marinated with chilli, pomegranate and lime juice.
Equally as exquisite are the main courses, which feature something sumptuous for all walks of life. Particularly noteworthy examples include the divine sea trout almondine, fried with almonds and a fine bean fricassee, the scrumptious aubergine caponata and grilled Halloumi, a spiced aubergine stew enriched with olives and capers, and the succulent porterhouse steak, paired with a choice of sauces.
