A host of classic curries adorn the pages of the menu, catering to more traditional tastes well, though there some truly tantalising specialities to be considered. Particularly merit worthy meals include the sumptuous sea bass, pan fried with fresh tomatoes, tamarind and mustard seeds, the rich St. Giles Spice Chicken, tandoori cooked chicken finished with mint and a brandy sauce, and the irresistible Bangla Hash, a duck based dish cooked in a medley of garlic, coriander and mixed peppers.
