Now accepting the tastecard, members who call in advance can enjoy everything on the eclectic menu at an incredible price, providing the perfect excuse to sample a little extra.
Tantalise the taste buds with one of the sumptuous, internationally inspired starters, such as the irresistible tempura fried tiger prawns, partnered with a Thai soy & ginger relish, the rich breaded French Brie & mushrooms, complete with a red currant & sweet mango chutney, and the spectacular wood pigeon & black pudding combination, finished with caramelised onions and balsamic drizzled rocket leaves.
Equally as exquisite are the more Scottish influenced dishes found across the ensemble of main courses, featuring the likes of the scrumptious seared breast of duck, paired with a kumquat & rosemary jus enriched rosti of celeriac & mash, the hearty asparagus & vegetables puff pastry, served chunky chips, peas and a creamy tomato sauce, and the delectable pan seared seabass, accompanied by chorizo, garlic adorned cherry tomato and a samphire & chive sauce.
