Peppers believe their cooking is about fine balance, fusing spices to achieve the perfect flavour. Peppers create traditional and contemporary dishes using modern methods of cooking such as steaming, stir frying, using minimum cholesterol free oil and tandoori oven baked food.
Peppers is an Indian with a contemporary-style menu which is both varied and interesting, even featuring salmon tikka and Koh-e-avadh.
Also available along with the standard dishes is an extensive range of gourmet choice. This represents the style of cooking known as “Dumpukht” originated in the food courts of the Moghul Emperors and represents the pinnacle of Indian dining.
The preparation of Dumpukht is so special that it is only the finest Indian Chefs that are able to master this art form. The emphasis is on quality, freshness and clarity of taste and aromas.
