2 for 1 at Hayfield Masala

Located in the heart of the East End, the Hayfield Masala is a recently established, family run restaurant that is much more than a traditional curry house.

The Hayfield provides quality Lahore cuisine and extensive desert bar offered in a relaxing unpretentious environment. It has brought together a team of experienced specialists to create an offering of authentic cuisine prepared freshly at the restaurant each and every day.

The Hayfield also prides itself on exceptionally friendly, service provided by its attentive staff, who have created an eclectic mix of dining zones to suit the varying requirements and moods of the diners.

The kitchen and front of house teams believe in high quality food and exceptional service at reassuringly affordable prices.

The menu is based on the extremely high quality produce, sourced locally with spices sourced from the Indian subcontinent.

The menu remains faithful to the origins of Lahore cuisine. It offers nothing less than the genuine article - simply the best authentic Indian and Lahore cuisine befitting the regions culture and tradition.

This place used to be a Pub. Now it's just a very average Indian restaurant. Not the greatest of atmospheres and food was average at best. This space would be better used as a pub rather than a soulless restaurant that is trying to be too many things "

Likewise other customer, as soon as they heard that I'm going to use Tastecard, they have changed their mind. Nowhere it's written that they don't allow Friday and Saturday, but the person was very rude. "

  • "  My husband and I visited the Hayfield Masala last night, and it was a fantastic experience.  The place is impressively well done, very wide, clean and well decorated.  We were their very first tastecard customers and the waiters were initially unaware of the scheme but they sorted everything out promptly and delivered a spotless service. The meat samosa was the best I ever had, and my husband's chicken tikka starter was perfect. Everything was home-made, even the delicious poppadom and its sauces, and the huge special naan bread. Our lamb meatball and fish curries were perfect. We very much wanted to try their ice-cream, which seems to be a speciality, but we just couldn't fit anything else in apart from the delicious Hayfield masala tea, which resembles a latte and is served with spices such as cloves and cinnamon.  Perfect way to finish the meal!   We are certainly going back for more.
