
With over 20 years of experience in the catering trade, Riaz, opened the Laziza in October 2003, with his specialist chef from the Kashmir region. At that time they started with a restaurant just big enough for the area, however in time the restaurant had to be expanded to more than double the original to accommodate their custom.
They have developed their menu over the years with using customer feed-back, new ideas and fantastic innovative recipes. In order to make the menu, they have reduced the amount of oils and other cooking fats as well as colourings, all of which has made a massive difference.
Over the years they have built up a good base of regular customers, and without these the restaurant would not be what it is today.
