Saul and Julie Vicary show their love of food and all things Italian through this lovely little restaurant, La Rosetta and their menu, which has been put together using the best quality ingredients, which are of course sourced from across Italy, but also using the best the West Country has to offer.
The restaurant has been a favourite haunt for locals and visitors alike for many years and rightly so when you know that the Bresola with Lemon, Rocket, Parmesan and Oil has been lovingly cured on the premises for 15 days and has been marinated for a further 5 days, just the way it's done in Italy.
La Rosetta's menu always has several options for vegetarians. Try the field mushroom rissotto or the fettucini rosetta made using slow roasted peppers and aubergine.
This is a superb Italian restaurant and one not to be missed!
