Fire and Stone have paid a great deal of attention to how each one of their restaurants look and feel; employing award winning architects to create an atmosphere that is both vibrant and stylish, yet at the same time, relaxed and welcoming.
So, take a seat and try one of their unique pizza recipes, inspired by flavours from around the world, made using only the freshest ingredients. You’ll find the whole experience altogether...well... different.
Fire & Stone Portsmouth is situated right on the harbour at Gunwharf Quays, with glorious sea views, and timber decking.
Wide white parasols and shiny steel pillars give the restaurant a distinctly nautical feel. It’s almost like dining on a luxurious cruise liner.
There’s room for 170 people, but if the sun’s out you’ll really want to eat al fresco.
Please Note: Fire and Stone is an extremely busy restaurant and often bookings are made weeks in advance. It is recommended that tastecard members book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Your confirmation email may be requested upon arrival at the restaurant. The tastecard discount will not be given on Valentine's Day.

We visited Fire and Stone as part of a shopping trip to Gunwharf Quays. The restaurant is within a good proximity to the shopping centre which makes for an ease of lunch during a shopping trip. The venue has a lovely setting, overlooking the harbour and the interior is nicely decorated reflecting the Fire and Stone name.
We ordered a selection of calamari and other picky starters which arrived after a bit of a delay. The starters were also rather greasy. For main courses we ordered pasta dishes which were very overcooked and heavy and served in very small bowls. We were also unhappy that most of our courses arrived rather late and we were left waiting for a while. This was then exacerbated by the fact that the food tasted very bland, greasy and overcooked when it arrived.
We were happy with the fact that tastecard made the price of our meal 50% off but we would not return to Fire and Stone again on the basis of the food during this visit. "
