Telephone bookings in advance are a must and need to be done at least 2 hours before dining. Norbiton & Dragon accept one tastecard per table for 2 people.
The Norbiton and Dragon combines fantastic Thai cuisine with the traditional English Public House. The friendly English pub and more formal Thai restaurant both provide comfortable surroundings where you can relax and enjoy home-made, fresh food; whether you're in the mood for traditional English pub fayre or a Thai classic.
The contemporary pub with its large fire place offers customers a place to relax and unwind in elegant and comfortable sofas. The 'chinoise' style of design provides a fashionable setting with mini-chandeliers and mirrored picture frames bouncing light gently around the room.
The separate Thai restaurant is decorated to suit more formal dining. A striking back wall decorated with black and gilt hosts an impressive Buddha taking centre stage. This, combined with the Oriental decor and carvings, creates a chic setting and the 'wall' of French doors overlooks the enormous garden laid with lawn and with a decked area perfect for alfresco eating.
Daily, The Norbiton and Dragon not only uses fresh produce from the local Kingston market, but also the exotic Kaffir lime leaf, Thai basil, the Pandun leaf, and other spices and herbs which are flown from Thailand directly to the kitchen.
Choose between five Feast Menus (Monks Vegetarian Feast Menu, Farangs' Fire Feast, Dragon Feast, Imperial Seafood Feast, King's Feast), specially created to offer you a variety of traditional and specialty dishes enabling you to enjoy the many contrasting flavours on offer.
