Well I must say, was a little sceptical about going here as there were so many different reviews but I found the service was good, food lovely and really great value with the tastecard! Will be returning soon. Not very busy but think it is because of the position, not very easy to park locally as it can be expensive.

It was our first time at this eatery, but it will not be our last. There was a good selection of food, but we all picked the same main, a whole rack of ribs. The BEST ribs I've had in ages. The meat just fell from the bones, leaving them clean! There was just the right amount of sauce, so i didn't need to use any condiments. We left full and satisfied.
We ordered a jug of cocktails, and where some establishments, have in my experience, skimped a little on the alcohol, it certainly wasn't true here!
Our waiter was all that you would expect, and some of our party can be difficult, especially when it comes to ordering (if you know what I mean ;-)
The atmosphere was good, the music not so loud that you couldn't have a decent conversation.
I would certainly recommend this restaurant. "

The food was excellent but the attention we received was really lacking, especially for a place that adds a compulsory 10% service charge. Do not go to this place if you're in a hurry, but still pretty good if you want some basic Mexican style food.

Overall it's a good restaurant with a good choice of dishes. The cocktail was not particularly well made; maybe try a magherita next time! The starters were quite nice and would definitely recommend ordering a few to try and share.

" It is my second time there. The cocktails are nice especially the margaritas. The burritos are tasty. The waffle dessert was disgusting; it is not hard to make your own waffles but they must have been frozen and put in the microwave. We had problems to get the tastecard discount, even if booked with the discount we forgot to remind them at our arrival.... The specials do not apply to the discount but I am no medium and nothing is written on the menu. The service was not very friendly. It is a shame because I enjoyed my first visit but won't go again as I have been disappointed.

"Me and my partner ate at sombreros last night. The service was excellent. We had starters, the king prawns in garlic are great. The main meal was equally as good, we had chilli and chicken with mushrooms n cheese which was succulent and very moorish. Washed down by cocktails and a great saving, I will be going back again soon.

"I took my family here during half term. The food was fantastic and the service great. They serve delicious cocktails (non alcoholic ones too) We needed to choose from the a la carte menu t use tastecard and a word of warning only the starters and mains were half price so only the kids had dessert! Decor was typically Mexican and so was the music – lovely atmosphere !
