" I have visited this restaurant 4 times now with my partner and we have enjoyed every visit. The staff are very friendly, polite and welcoming, the food was excellent with a varied and wide range of menus. The atmosphere is relaxed and extremely friendly and i would certainly recommend this restaurant to all my friends. I look forward to our next visit, this time we will be taking friends so they can sample the delights of this restaurant.

"I heard about this restaurant at the weekend as they catered for a family function I attended - the food was delicious so I decided I would have to go! When I found it on the Taste site, I was doubly pleased.
The staff were very friendly and also attentive and made us feel welcome
despite also having a huge party in the restaurant to cater for as well.
The food choices consist of a 2 or 3 course menu - which is great value despite the 50% taste discount. All food was fresh and made to order and they had a good wine selection also.
I had tea smoked salmon to start, sea bass fillet as my main with various
accompanying vegetables (plentiful!!) then a crème brulee as my dessert - which really I didn't need as was stuffed but being greedy! They also offered complimentary teas and coffee after the meal which was a lovely touch.
All in all we had a great meal out and will definitely be going back soon!!

"I visited the restaurant a few weeks ago with my husband. The menu was very extensive so there was plenty to choose from.
I had the king prawn starter which was lovely and my husband's dish of black pudding and potato salad was very tasty.
The main courses were superb. I had tuna steak with a garlic and coriander glaze which was full of flavour and cooked to perfection. My husband had the rump of lamb which was just lovely. The mains came with roast and new potatoes and a selection of vegetables. The portions were all very generous.
For dessert I had a trio of banana cheesecake, Crème Brule and chocolate mousse, this was divine and was a great way to try a few things from the menu. My husband chose the spotted dick with custard, which was gone before I could try some.
We had a lovely meal. The food was delicious, and the staff were very attentive and friendly. A very enjoyable evening.
