Stephen cooks honest food, using honest ingredient from the abundance of fantastic produce available in the South West. Exmoor lamb and beef, their own smoked salmon, Somerset ham hock, Somerset cheeses and Brixham lobster and crab feature regularly. A well-chosen wine list completes a truly delightful experience."
