If you’re eating out in Birmingham City Centre and require a quality Indian restaurant, then look no further than the Royal Bengal.

The restaurant offers quality Indian cuisine in a modern venue with a friendly atmosphere.

Head Chef Iqbal Ahmed and Manager Abdul Hameed have used their vast experience in Indian dining to create menus that contain traditional Indian cuisine with a modern twist.

The exclusive menu includes many old favourites, alongside a careful selection of dishes which are unique to the Royal Bengal.

Diners are invited to experience the wonderful tastes, flavours and aromas of fine spices and herbs.

All the dishes on offer have their own distinct taste and are prepared and served as they would be at the homes of the chefs.

The Chefs take pride in only selecting the finest herbs and spices. Because of the restaurant’s location, the kitchen team are able to pick the freshest produce every day from the Wholesale Markets.

The delicious food menu is complimented by a well stocked bar; serving a varied selection of wines, cold beers, and some of the finest whiskeys, brandys and liqueurs available, as well as coffee and soft drinks

This Balti restaurant also boasts excellent service, making Royal Bengal one of the most exciting Indian Restaurants in Birmingham.

Please note: special event days are excluded from the tastecard discount at Royal Bengal.

Suzanne said "Pre-Theatre Meal at Royal Bengal
We booked a meal at 5.45 pm last night because we were going to the Theatre. When we arrived we were the only people there and just one other person came in before we left. The restaurant was comfortable but rather chilly and service very slow. For the first course we had lamb tikka (chewy and not very warm!) and prawn puree (delicious). Next we had King Prawn Korari and the Royal Bengal Special, followed by desserts. The main courses were very good. I think this restaurant probably improves later on in the evening but the waiter lacks people skills. We did not like the music!! "
