    Been to this place few times over the years, the food is always really good but service is totally shocking , there isn't any atmosphere the place needs a good clean including the menus. The food is nice, when we came to pay for the bill they wouldn't take my tastecard as they said they have never heard of it . which left me a bit confused. As the above post the portion sizes will be a lot smaller then normal menu. "

    Appalling, waited well over an hour after we had ordered and were then told the kitchen couldn't do our food. During this time over ten other diners left and informed the other potential customers that they had waited over an hour for their food and had decided to walk out.

    The manager was extremely rude to me, offered no explanation for the long wait and literally shrugged and then said sorry. He then asked if we wanted to wait while he retook our order but that he couldn't give a reason for our long wait so I would have to come back and speak to the owner on Sunday.

    The final straw was when he said he would accept -MY- apology. I calmly left, although I was incredibly angry that someone would treat their customers this way. "

    Have used this restaurant before so knew what to expect quality wise. However as anticipated the portion sizes were indeed smaller than normal, so we really didn't benefit in this restaurant.
    I dare say not all restaurants will reduce the portion size because of tastecard but it helps to know which ones will.

    Cleanliness needs looked at and menu was sticky !!! "
